In the same building of Predi Son Jaumell Hotel is located the restaurant, run by the well-known balearic chef Andreu Genestra. The setting is in keeping with the whole, with neutral colors and natural textures, creating cozy spaces. The existing architecture with stone walls, wooden beams and a restaurant booth with a barrel vault in marés (sandstone widely used in buildings of the island) are the protagonists. The custom furnitures and used materials, like typical majorcan fabrics, let the dining room provides feelings of warmth and humility.
The lighting is careful to detail in all the area, respecting and emphasizing at maximum the architecture. Indirect or spot light of the dining room create more intimate scenes to diners. Some details such as suspended lamps from the Menestralia glass factory are the most important elements.
